This 2011 model is due to be converted into a camper for some trips around Europe so Lee the owner wanted to get it tuned up for some extra power and improved MPG.

Prior to any remap we run a full diagnostic scan and on this occasion found that there was an existing issue with the #EGR valve, after discussing the situation with Lee it was agreed that that we’d blank the valve off using a special plate and delete the Egr coding from the ECU too.

This will prevent any future problems that could lead to a costly repair/replacement bill as well as turning the engine management light off too.
